AeroLyft is our adjustable air-push cup system: a tiny valve lets you add or release micro-amounts of air to dial lift. It’s reversible, tested for comfort and perfect for backless/strapless looks.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We offer easy exchanges on first purchases within 7 days of delivery (item must be unworn, unwashed and with hygiene tags). See the full Returns page for details and exceptions.

For hygiene safety we accept exchanges only on first-time purchases if items are unworn with hygiene tags intact. Please contact customer support to initiate an exchange.

Go to My Orders → select the order → click “Request Exchange/Return”, or email help@saforia.example with order number and reason. We’ll reply with next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item; the exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

For exchanges due to size issues we offer a pre-paid return label for first-time exchanges. For buyer remorse, a standard return shipping fee may apply. Include this policy in checkout and returns page for transparency.

Care, Washing & Durability

How do I wash my Saforia bras and panties?

Machine-wash cold on gentle cycle or hand-wash. Use a laundry bag for bras, fasten hooks, use mild detergent and air-dry flat. Do not tumble dry on high or use bleach.

Gently clean adhesive with mild soap and water, air-dry; avoid lotions on adhesive area. Replace adhesive inserts as recommended in the product care guide.

With proper care, our bras retain fit and feel for 6–12 months depending on wear frequency. Rotate bras to extend lifespan.

Avoid tumble drying. High heat can damage elastics and adhesives. Air-dry flat for best longevity.

Materials, Safety & Product Tech

What fabrics does Saforia use?

We use pre-washed cotton blends, breathable micromesh, high-recovery spandex and skin-safe silicone for specific accessories. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

AeroLyft materials and adhesives are skin-tested; however, if you have known adhesive sensitivities or allergies, test a small patch or contact support for advice.

Our wired bras use soft, flexible wires designed to flex with movement and reduce poke. If you experience discomfort, contact us for fit advice or exchange.

We’re taking steps: minimal recyclable packaging, pre-washed fabrics to reduce off-gassing, and waste-conscious patterning. We’ll publish more sustainability milestones as we scale.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets. COD available in select pin codes. All payment pages use secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

Yes — we run seasonal discounts and customer referral programs. Sign up to the Saforia Circle for early access and promo codes.

We do not store card details on our servers; payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment partners.

Wholesale, Retail & Partnerships

Do you supply boutiques or do wholesale?

Yes. We offer boutique consignments and wholesale packs. Email – retail@saforiaindia.com with your business details and MOQ inquiry.

Troubleshooting & Support

My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received the parcel — what now?

Check with neighbors and your building office first. If not found, contact support with your order number; we’ll open an investigation with the courier and update you.

Snap a photo of the damage and email help@saforiaindia.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll prioritize replacements or refunds based on the issue.

Check coupon terms (min. order, selected products, expiration). If valid and still failing, share a screenshot with support and we’ll help apply it manually.

Yes — applicable GST is shown on the invoice and included in the checkout price.
